I accidentally contributed 6000 to my hsa in 2018 but meant it to be contributed to 2017, is there anyway of changing this? I filed it correctly on my 2017 taxes but not on the hsa site.

No, the deadline for contributing to your 2017 HSA was April 17, 2018 (unless you filed an extension, in which case the deadline October 15, 2018).

You will need to amend your 2017 return to remove the HSA contribution for 2017.

Whether or not an extension was filed, the deadline for making a 2017 HSA contribution was April 17, 2018, so it's far to late to change a contribution made for 2018 into a contribution made for 2017.
