No luck importing its deductible figures on turbo tax. what is going on?

Are you using TT Free?  The import feature is not included with that.

I’m using Deluxe, no import, absolutely no reason for this not to work. It’s been around for years. TT is getting worse instead of better.

Please see my answer in the following thread, where I show 4 ways to import ItsDeductible into Online Deluxe.  I admit it is not intuitive, but you should be able to use at least one or more of the methods.  Go to my answer at the link below, where I've also provided screen images.

I'm using Premier.  I was having the same issue.  The import feature is sort of hidden.  Here is the solution worked for me:  https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/3631015
