What do I put for the NY Source Portion for the "miscellaneous income" -$10,200? I am Filing a New York Nonresident Income Tax return (Form IT-203) and a New Jersey Resident.

It depends. Is your unemployment from NJ or NY? If your unemployment was from NJ, then the NY source portion would be 0 since your unemployment and the deduction of $10,200 would not be on your nonresident New York return.
If it is New York sourced unemployment and they followed federal guidance, then it would be (10,200). However, New York has still not provided guidance on whether they will follow the IRS in exempting unemployment compensation for up to $10,200.
If that is the case, it will be best to wait for further guidance from NYS to determine if they will exempt any amount of unemployment from state tax.
