New Furance, AC, and Insulation paid for 2016, but was delayed and installed 2017. Can I claim Energy Tax Credits on my 2016 Taxes?

I'm hoping since I paid for it all the end of 2016 but installed was delayed until first week of January I can claim on my 2016 taxes. Thank You

No. The date that counts is the date the property was placed in service.

Dang...I figured that was the answer but wanted to make sure.
