Yes for the business, no for the individual
Mileage may be claimed as a business deduction on the business return or Schedule C, but an individual can't claim business related mileage, or any business expense.
I should add that an EMPLOYEE may be reimbursed for travel, and whether that amount becomes taxable wages depends, in part, if the EMPLOYER uses an accountable or non-accountable plan.
I am not clear if this business files as a sole-proprietor or joint venture, nor do I know if you are an employee.
If you need more direction, please expand on your tax situation.

A self employed person does not "reimburse herself" for mileage. She simply takes a mileage deduction on Schedule C.
Are you an employee of her business? Yes, she can deduct the mileage she reimburses you. That reimbursement is not taxable to you, so long as it was reimbursement for actual expenses (including mileage), that is you are reimbursed under an "accountable plan", not just given a car "allowance".
