No. If you are considered an Employee (meaning you receive a Form W-2), then you are no longer able to write off your designated Home Office or miles for meeting customers on Schedule A.
As of 2018, the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) that was signed into law in December of 2017 did away with all Unreimbursed Employee Expenses.
