I know there is a limit for one child. Are we entitled to claim the amount we paid in daycare minus FSA distribution, for no more than the single-child limit?
So, we would be able to claim $5,700-$1,750=$3,950, for which the limit is $3,000, which is what we can claim. The $3,000 limit came from the IRS website.
