No, you cannot claim the unborn child of a dependent on your Georgia tax return.  This is only available for the resident taxpayer on the tax return.

Yes, Georgia still allows for a deduction for unborn children. To claim this deduction, scroll down to the Miscellaneous section on the screen that says Here's the income that Georgia handles differently. Choose Start next to Dependent Personal Exemption for Unborn Children
