Are you referring to IRS form 5695 Residential Energy Credits? Or some other form, perhaps, a state tax form?
Have you tried selecting Tax Tools and Tools and Delete a form down the left side of the screen?
Then scroll down under Federal Return to see whether there is a form or schedule or worksheet that refers to the solar energy credit that you want to remove from your tax return.
In some cases, you may have to remove more than one form or schedule or worksheet.
After removing the forms, select Review down the left side of the screen to make sure the tax return is ready to file.
I will try that! I have not uploaded any sort of tax forms that I know of besides my usual W4. It is saying when I review I am not eligible for e filing due to “Return claims a Solar and Wind Energy Credit carryover.” When I did not claim that anywhere that I can find, the one spot I can find under deductions, I click no and it still doesn’t process right
Enter '5695, residential energy credit' in the search box in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
Click on 'Jump to 5695, residential energy credit'.
You go through several screens but should find the screen Do you have a 2022 Home Energy Credit to Carryforward?
If there is an entry in this box, that may be what is stopping you from clearing review.

Thanks so much! I’ll try this tonight and see if it works!
This unfortunately did not help, it is still showing as I am claiming that credit when I am not.
Likely you have a federal "Carryover Worksheet" that is regenerating the form 5695. You might view/check that worksheet and if no other carryovers are there then delete that worksheet and the form 5695.
Here are steps.
In the left hand menu
Sadly it did not, still saying I cannot file because of the credit.
Sadly still did not work, still won’t let me file due to the credit I am not claiming.
