My spouse is disabled. I don't know my tax return reflects that.

There is no place for a federal return to reflect that because it does not matter for a federal return.  If you want to claim the Care credit for a disabled adult or relative, you can enter information there.  Otherwise, it makes no difference.  If he is blind, that you do enter under My Information.

If there are disabled credits in your state, you'll be asked about it  in the state program.
