My son was not 15 years old in 2014 why i dont qualify for child tax credit

i have 3 federal taxes i filing from 2015 to 2017 and they are saying my child do not qualify for child tax credit in 2014 or 2015 when he was only 16 years old

What is his date of birth?  Better double check that on your return.  Go to Personal Info and click Edit by his name.
