My medical deductions are not adding up to the everything I put on the Federal form. I need to have the total med deductions for my AZ Tax form. Why is this not working?

Do you recall that medical and dental expenses are only deductible for federal income tax purposes, to the extent that they exceed 7.5% (increasing to 10% in 2019) of your Adjusted Gross Income? That may be the source of your reconciliation problem.

If you are looking for the total of the individual line items that you entered into TurboTax for medical and dental expenses, that total will be found on Schedule A (Form 1040), line 1. If you are looking for the allowed medical and dental expense deduction, that will be found on line 4
