Expenses for a child in nursery school, preschool, or similar programs for children below the level of kindergarten may be eligible for the Child & Dependent Care Credit as expenses for care.

To access this area in TurboTax Deluxe, go to the Federal Taxes tab, then select Deductions & Credits, then I'll Choose What I Work On, then You and Your Family, then Child and Dependent Care Credit and proceed thru the interview questions.  TurboTax will determine your eligibility and credit amount.

Here is a link to IRS Publication 503 (Child & Dependent Care Expenses) for additional information about this credit:  https://www.irs.gov/publications/p503/ar02.html#en_US_2016_publink1000203291

Additionally, depending on the state where you reside, there may be a state benefit which you can claim.  TurboTax will ask you the applicable questions during the state preparation process if there's a state benefit which applies.
