in forms mode go to form 8889-t to see what happened. maybe something was answered incorrectly.  note that we can not see your return.

@Anonymous Thanks again for answering this question! I cannot access forms mode because I do not have the software downloaded. I've already spent $200 in TurboTax upgrades this year...do I need to re-purchase in order to get the CD/Software? 

 

Yes, I tried scheduled a call last night after upgrading again but the next available was next Wednesday so I filed for an extension.
