If you installed efficient replacement equipment after you owned the home, you might be eligible for a credit.  However, there are no credits if you bought an efficient home (your builder may have been eligible for credits).

Most homeowner efficient credits, except for solar, expired in 2016.

No.  There is not a tax credit for an energy efficient residence.  Did you install and pay for any type of solar energy system on the home?  See this website for system eligibility - <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://www.energystar.gov/about/federal_tax_credits/solar_energy_systems">https://www.energystar.go...>
