My foreign taxes paid per my 1099 are displayed on my income entry screen on line 7 but the online program says I didn't pay any foreign taxes. How to get help?

I had the tax credit last year on Schedule 3 line 8 with the exact same 1099 supplier.

I am going to assume your foreign tax is over $300/ $600 MFJ. Follow these steps:

1. Open to Deductions and Credits. 
2. Look for Estimates and Other Taxes Paid
3. Locate Foreign Taxes
4. Start / Edit
5. continue through answering questions
6. Ensure the "Foreign Tax Paid" amount is selected/checked.
7. When asked if you want the credit or the deduction, choose credit for most people. If you have a high itemization, you can try it both ways.
8. View form 1116 before filing to verify it is accurate.

Thank you for replying.  This did not help fix my problem.  Due to this and a number of other issues I had using a Windows 10 computer, where I was forced off of the desktop software by Intuit to the online version, I changed to the desktop version of HR Block and successfully filed my taxes without all of the Turbo issues.
