My ex-husband and I are listed on our marital home deed, although I reside there 100% of the time. He claims 100% of the property tax/mortgage interest deductions...

As our settlement (MSA) states that he can claim them as long as in line with current tax law. From what I read (help!) - it appears that the property tax deduction should be split equally as both of us are on the deed.

You have not mentioned who is actually paying for the mortgage and property tax.

As was mentioned, you can each deduct the amount you actually pay.  It is not automatically 50/50, it is the amount you pay.
