My employer offers a health plan but I am responsible for paying for the premiums monthly, it come out of my paycheck. Can I deduct these premiums?

Unfortunately no.

The cost of employer provided health insurance, even when you pay the premiums, is not deductible.

Even if I own my own business in the side? And am a musician too on the side? I only am on my employers plan because the rates were a little cheaper.
