My daughters Birthday is at the end of December. For future references, when she turns 17 in Dec of 2018 will I be to claim Child Tax Credit for 2018?

No. The child must be under the age of 17 on the last day of the year to be eligible for the Child Tax Credit.

No you will not. (But you did get to claim it the year she was born, even though she was only a few days old.)
