If your 19 year is still a student, resides with you (unless she is away at school), and you provide more than 50% of her support, this is correct. As part of the TCJA, there was a new credit under "Other Dependents" which covered any dependents over the age of 17 (this included parents who you might support) in the amount of $500. I am assuming since you are getting the credit your 19-year-old must have met eligibility to be claimed as an "Other Dependent".
There is nothing you have to do and you can go ahead and complete your return and e-file.
Sorry she had to be under 19 on December 31. And that was even an increase from 18. The new Child Tax Credit for 2021 raises the cut off age from 17 to 18. Now at age 19 they qualify as Other Dependent.
