My Child Tax credit I received was 1337.50. Same for my husband. TurboTax is rounding it up, which gives us a total of $2676 instead of $2675. How do I fix this?

You don't have to fix it.  The IRS allows the rounding up (.50 & above), or rounding down (under .50).  You amount is correct.

Since each individual amount should be rounded up to the next dollar, the correct total would be $2,676. When you enter amounts on your tax return, you are instructed to round each entry up to the next dollar. So, it would be appropriate to enter $1,338 for you and your spouse's payment, so the correct total is $2,676.
