My child receives monthly ss check, can I claim EIC & child tax credit or no?

I'm a widow, and my twin boys receive social security checks monthly, can I claim the EIC & Child tax credit? Or no due to them receiving SS,  I want to file correctly

Your two boys' SSI income are not taxable and will not have any impact on whether you qualify for the EIC and child tax credit. 

For child tax credit, if you qualify for claiming them as your dependents  Qualifying Child,  as long as they are under age 17 before the end of the year of 2019, you qualify for the credit.  ( The exemption and the child tax credit go together with each other)

For Earned Income Tax Credit, if you qualify for the following rules, you get the credit. Qualifying child for EIC
