No. You are not required to file this income, along with your own. Your child isn't required to file a tax return either, as the amount is under the filing threshold. It might be a good idea for your child to file a tax return and claim the money, as he or she is entitled to a refund of the tax withheld. 

If you decide to have your child file a tax return, make sure that he or she indicates someone else can claim him or her as a dependent The section to do that in, is on the first page of the tax return. Please see my (screenshot) below for a picture of where these questions are located
