My boyfriend paid for much more than half of our living expenses this year. Even though the house is in my name can I put the mortgage interest and other home related expenses on his tax return?

No. Only the individual who is listed on the mortgage (and who is issued form 1098) can claim mortgage interest.

No. Only the individual who is listed on the mortgage (and who is issued form 1098) can claim mortgage interest.
