My 2018 1099-DIV shows $50 foreign tax. I have $841 in foreign tax carryovers from previous years. TT allowed a credit of $49 for 2018. How do I use more of my carryover?

Enter your Foreign Tax Carryovers for each type of Foreign Income you received, if you had more than one Form 1116.
