I live in a multi-family property where one unit is rented out, and per the prompts in Turbotax, it says that there is no need to enter the 1098 in the deductions section as it has already carried the correct amount over from the Rental properties. But when I click "No", this section just keeps saying "Needs Review". Can anyone advise if it's still doing what it should be doing and I can leave it as is?

It could be that you have Worksheet that is not needed and is causing the problem you are encountering. Assuming the correct amount of mortgage interest has been entered on your return, you can check to see whether you have the Home Mortgage and Interest Worksheet and you can delete it.
Do the following to delete the Worksheet:
Thank you @GeorgeM777 for your response. However, when I followed your instructions, I could not find Home Mortgage and Interest Worksheet or 1098 under "Delete A Form". Do you have any other suggestions?
It is a good idea to first clear your cache and cookies - which means removing all of the temporary programs that can gum up your web browser. If that doesn't work, try using a different web browser.
If that doesn't work I would recommend using the "Live Expert" help in the right upper corner to see if having someone walk you through helps.

Try continuing through your return to the Federal Review section. If you see no messages about Mortgage Interest needing an entry, your return should be correct. When you return to Deductions, the "Needs Review" message may be gone.
Another way to check this is to view your Form 1040. See this post for instructions: How do I preview my TurboTax Online return before filing?
Check the Wrap Up Tax Breaks page to see the breakdown of your itemized deductions. The Rental Mortgage Interest should be there.
