How do I file for my $500 ($1000 filing jointly) Montana energy credit?  We installed new doors.  I am using Turbo Tax21018 Deluxe software, which you sent to me.It has updated several times on start up.

To claim the Montana Energy Conservation Installations Credit, please follow these steps:

1. While in your MT return, continue through to the screen Eligible for These Personal Deductions and Credits?
2. Mark the box Energy Conservation Installations Credit and click Continue.
   
3. On the next screen, Energy Conservation Installations Credit, click the Yes box
   
4. Continue through the screens, entering the requested information.
