I haven't had any Medical Expenses during 2019 and I have not entered anything in Turbotx but in Section "Deductions & Credits" I'm seeing $4,321 in "Medical Expenses" section, below Medical part.
I cannot understand it comes from where!? I can see that in "Schedule A Line1", "Medical Expenses Worksheet" form in part 2b too! I couldn't find any way to delete that too!
I just want to be sure everything is correct.

Did you buy health insurance from the Marketplace exchange? Or have to pay back the subsidy? If you went to an exchange for Health Insurance, and had to pay back some of the subsidy, part of the adjustment will flow to Schedule A.
If you get Social Security benefits the medicare deduction on your SSA-1099 will flow to Schedule A.

Thanks for your prompt response.
Yes, I had Health insurance from the Market Place for part of the year. But since I had a jump in my income (change of job) I should pay back most part of the subsidy.
That's fine and I will pay back that but that's totally in another section "Affordable Care Act". How that Tax credit for Insurance Market place is related to "Medical Expenses"??!!
It's complicated but it knows if you have to pay back some it counts as medical ins paid.
Thanks.
But it will not affect on my Tax return amount since I'm filing with standard deduction Not Itemized. Am I right?!
Right. If the Standard Deduction is more than all your Itemized Deductions you get the Standard Deduction.
For 2019 the standard deduction amounts are:
Single 12,200 + 1,650 for 65 and over or blind
HOH 18,350 + 1,650 for 65 and over or blind
Joint 24,400+ 1,300 for each 65 and over or blind
Married filing Separate 12,200 + 1,300 for 65 and over or blind
I need to edit medical expenses but you are not helping with this. Pleas tell me how to do it! Do I have to start all over again? I can’t believe how ridiculous this process is
You are not answering my question. This has to do with my 2021 tax return not 2019
Please someone call me because you guys are not understanding what I need [phone number removed]

To edit your medical expenses you simply return to the section for entering the expenses and make your changes -
Or enter medical expenses in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to medical expenses
