Can I deduct for:  (1) medical expenses for dependent, (2) acupuncture treatments, (3) fertility treatments paid for my non-married partner

Medical expenses for dependent

It depends if your living situation violates any of your local law to claim your partner as a dependent.

Per IRS, you can deduct medical expenses including acupuncture and fertility treatment expenditures as your medical expenses for yourself, dependent and spouse.  However if "cohabitation" by unmarried people is against the state law, then you cannot claim the medical expenses
