medical deductions and vehicle registration

I am trying to add my medical deductions and vehicle registration and when I click update it takes me to a blank page. How do I do it?

Log out and try a different Browser

(Or are you using the Desktop software??? IF so, windows or MAC?)

We are on Google Chrome. Do we have to download another browser?

So, I downloaded Firefox and tried to get in that way but it doesn't even pull up my Turbotax file/return. What should I do now?

Should work...IF...if you have the right UserID/pwd

1) Back to Chrome?

2) Try Edge instead? (mine works fine in both)

3) Customer support...(they'll probably want you to delete all your cookies and temp files...I hate that)
