Has Turbotax been updated to reflect the 2019 tax year medical deduction change from 10% back to 7.5% as dictated by the Secure Act?

Schedule A is estimated to be finalized by 01/15/2020, subject to change. The change back to 7.5% of AGI for medical expenses should be incorporated in the Schedule A when finalized.
