Making long term payments on a dental procedure I had done in the middle of the year. Is there anyway for me to deduct these payments?

Had to take out a loan to get an emergency dental procedure done and now making monthly payments so I can pay off the procedure. Was wondering if these payments are deductible?

Paying the medical fee with a loan is the same as paying it with cash.

You can claim the entire amount as a Medical and Dental Expense.
