Anyone know how you would go about contacting someone higher up at TurboTax/Intuit to let them know Lyft sent out a form with the TurboTax logo right beside the Lyft logo giving some general tax advice to all the Lyft drivers that says the drivers can deduct their car payments on their taxes. Does not tell the drivers they can only deduct interest portion and only the portion of the interest that applies to that gig. They have a separate section where they list expenses that can only be deducted per the portion that applies to the job, but the car payments comment is not listed in that section and is all together incorrect anyway. And since the TurboTax / Intuit logo is at top of that page they could be held liable in some way for a very large number of people self-filing their taxes incorrectly by a large amount. Not to be picky but there is also a very obvious typo in that section of form. Just very unprofessional altogether. They should demand their logo be taken off really.

Hi @SKF24 ! Thanks for reaching out. Would you be able to post a screenshot of the email you are referring to?
The photo I sent was page 2 of 2. Page 1 of 2 was my 1099. Which definitely makes it appear as legitimate tax advice regardless of any disclaimers they may add.
