I need to communicate with someone who can help me with a problem of making my carryover on the Schedule D show the right numbers

When you go through investments (stocks etc)  Step-by-Step, as required, a window should come up to let you enter your correct carryforward numbers.

Did you miss it, or did you stop prematurely?
