Live in Nevada, but own a vehicle trailer (car hauler) stored in and registered in Arizona, and I paid registration and taxes to Arizona. Can I deduct these, and how?

Trying to figure out, as a Nevada resident, if I can deduct trailer/car hauler registration fees and taxes paid to Arizona.  If so, would it fall under vehicle registration (it's non-powered), or personal property tax?

This feature is pending. Thanks for your patience.

Yes, you can enter them in either spot on your federal return.  Anything entered in 'Registration fees' is grouped together with 'Property Taxes', so it does not matter which spot you use.

You may be able to take an itemized deduction on Schedule A for any tax-related portion of the registration fee. To be deductible, the fee (or part of the fee) must be based on the value of the vehicle and be charged on a yearly basis. Registration, administrative, or emission testing fees, of tag or plate fees are not deductible for federal purposes.
