Charitable Donation over $5000 of a group of items less than $500 each.

We donated an entire set of new kitchen cabinets, received a signed receipt (from charity) and received an "appraisal" (for 3rd party appraiser).  My question is the Turbo Tax is confusing how to report this as each cabinet is less than $500, and the entire "group" is more than $5000.  Do I need to list all individual cabinets or just a single description of the items, eg: "various cabinets" then just sign Part II of Form 8283?
