Correct ... NEVER enter anything twice. It is either a business expense for the Sch C/E/F or a personal expense for the Sch A but it cannot be both.

Also note, personal legal fees are generally not deductible on schedule A due to the tax reform law put in place in 2017. You can still list them because they might be deductible on your state taxes, but they are not deductible at the federal level.
Legal fees paid in the course of a schedule C business would be deductible business expenses on schedule C only.
