Last years return showed I had the standard deduction, and my EX-wife had itemizations, do I have to claim the return as income on this years return?

Since we divorced last year, I don't know if I have to claim the return as income or not.

Evidently you each filed "Married Filing Jointly" last year for you to have claimed the standard deduction and her to itemize.  Since SHE claimed taxes paid as an itemized expense, then SHE will claim the refund on her return this year.  You do not have to claim it as income since you did not include it as a deduction last year.
