If you owed more state income tax than you reported on your federal return, you should report the additional tax on your 2015 federal return.  Type "taxes paid" in the search box at the top right of the screen and "Jump" to that spot in TurboTax.  Then scroll down to Balance due on your 2014 state taxes paid in 2015 and click Start.
