With ItsDeductible being discontinued AGAIN, I found it useful that you give us a way to export our TY 2025 charitable records. Thank you!
The more important unanswered question is, how do we take the exported data and import it into TurboTax Deluxe TY2025? I use the desktop version usually.
Sincerely,
Doug

I agree, they need to keep this service. Looks like I go shopping and many others for another service. why stay, as this was a great benefit to have for easy deductions for donations. We need to stand up and request it to remain.
As others have posted they choose to discontinue it in October, like thumbing their noses as the customer base who use the 1040 and Schedule A. Seems like they want to focus their base on 1040EZ or 1040A only. Can't believe only a year later we are fighting the same battle. They must have fired the prior product manager who made this poor decision last year and now hired a new product manager and they are trying it again. It is time to shop for a new tax program. I have dreaded doing so, as TT carries over from year to year wonderfully, but it seems like they are losing their customer focus. Sad.
Reply from complaint to the office of the president below - I’ve been a subscriber since TurboTax was released but subscription officially canceled and all forms of payment removed from their site. They obviously could care less what their customers want so I will no longer be a customer
I’m reaching out from TurboTax Customer Care on behalf of Intuit's Office of the President in response to your recent complaint. With sincere apologies,
I have been searching for a substitute in vain. Are we expected to insert all our charity deductions manually line by line into TT2025? I had 101 entries last year and its deductible saved me a lot of work. I have a spreadsheet method of logging charity entries that avoids me having to type in charity names (for repeats from previous years) and allows me to track amounts year-to-year, but the final transfer into TT is my biggest problem now. A direct upload of a spreadsheet would work --- I could easily adapt to another format. Does anyone know what method they are using for 2025?
I started looking for alternatives figuring that TurboTax is losing a major differentiating factor. I found this today, perhaps it is useful to you also:

Not every product has an alternative, and sometimes what they call it is not what the product calls it. Happy hunting! I hope everyone finds a way to cope with this lack of customer concern decision.
