If you are using TurboTax Deluxe online version, it won't support Schedule C business expenses. You'll need at least Self-Employed version online. It will prompt you to upgrade once you get to that section in Deluxe.
But if you are using the desktop version, then Deluxe will allow you to enter the expenses, mileage, etc. But Home & Business would still be better option because it will provide the extra guidance when entering all that information into the software.
