The IRS states that if one spouse has Family HDHP coverage, then both spouses are assumed (for purposes of the contribution limit) that they have Family coverage. I am assuming that your spouse has Family coverage on her HDHP.
Note that this number is the "limit" for you. But as a family, your maximum limit is $6,750, meaning that the sum of your contributions to both HSAs can't be more than $6,750 (assuming that your spouse was in her Family coverage on December 1, 2017).
