Is the V.A. home loan funding fee for a home I purchased in 2024 deductible on my tax return?

The VA Funding Fee was entered as a Mortgage Insurance itemized deduction on Schedule A.

The Mortgage Insurance deduction was removed from Schedule A after tax year 2021.
