I have a Wyndham timeshare and the assessment summary has line items for Property tax and for Local tax. Is the Local tax deductible?

Timeshare deductibles would fall under the same rules for other second homes. You can deduct the property taxes you pay, but not the local tax.
However, if you rent your timeshare out, then the local tax could be deductible along with other rental expenses.
