Is the ItsDeductible tool still available through TurboTax Online for use in determining the FMV of charitable donations of clothing , household items etc?

In previous years returns I was able to utilize the Its Deductible software tool to determine the fair market value of donated clothing items. This was accessible when entering the donation info itself. Is this still available through Turbo Tax Online?

There are alternatives to ItsDeductible (do a Google search), but ItsDeductible was discontinued last October.
