No, your 2020 tax return would only include the Recovery Rebate Credit for any missed stimulus payments in rounds one and/or two.  However, the information in your 2020 tax return will be use to calculate and issue the third round of stimulus payments.  The third round payments will be sent separately from your tax refund.
