If you worked and earned more than $4,050, are not under 19 or a student under age 24 (if living with your parents) then no one can claim you on their return.
Depending on the situation, and who the other person is, your child may or may not be able to be claimed by that person. If the other person is the child's other parent then they could possibly claim them. If not, then generally parents have the first right to claim their own child who lives with them over 6 months of the year if the child is not providing over half of their own support. However, in order to claim Head of Household, you would need to pay for more than half of the household expenses so you would need to calculate who is paying what.
