worth having assist and review for an extra $60 ea return?

If you have areas on the return that you are unsure of, then Live Assist can be a great benefit.
If you are comfortable with the return and have gone over it and done the error checks, then you might want to file it.
I always like to look at the return with the prior year (2017) just to make sure I did not overlook anything. I print it out and review it.
There are some great experienced folks doing the live review and when a friend told me he paid $550 to do his return, i thought the extra costs of the live review was well worth it.
It is your call however.

Makes sense, but given the simplicity of the return.
That is my hesitation.
we have filed ourselves for years, even with more complex scenarios in the past.
never had an issue.
maybe i will hold off this year, as it is a bare bones return.
thank you
