Is it possible to stack my non-refundable tax credit (mortgage interest tax credit) first before my refundable tax credits (EITC and ACTC) so it will maximize my refund?

Credits stack in the order dictated by the tax code. I'm not sure where the MCC goes in the stack, but changing it is not an option.
