Inherited property in Iowa was sold; I live in New Mexico. Do I have to file a state tax return for Iowa?

As a non-resident of Iowa, if your 'net income from Iowa sources was $1000 or more' unless your income was below certain thresholds, then you are required to file a return for Iowa.
